Workshop Summary

 In this interactive one-hour workshop, facility managers & associate members will explore how different communication and leadership styles show up in the workplace—and how those styles impact collaboration, influence, and results. Using a practical personality matrix, attendees will identify their own natural style, better understand the strengths and challenges of other styles, and learn how to adapt their approach to connect more effectively with a wider range of people. Through discussion and hands-on exercises, the session focuses on increasing self-awareness, reducing friction in professional interactions, and building the flexibility needed to communicate clearly, enroll others in shared goals, and work more productively across differences.

 Stephen Thomas is a leadership facilitator and corporate trainer with over a decade of experience helping professionals strengthen emotional intelligence, communication, and team effectiveness. A former lead trainer with Next Level Trainings and currently with CultureFire, Stephen has facilitated workshops for hundreds of leaders and teams navigating change, growth, and increased responsibility.
