Join IFMA Central Ohio for an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of COSI, Columbus’s Center of Science and Industry, on October 6 at 3:00 PM. Attendance is limited to 30 participants.

Go beyond the exhibits and explore the facilities systems that support one of Central Ohio’s most dynamic public venues. Hosted by Brian Lobaugh, FM, Senior Director of Facilities, this IFMA Central Ohio site tour offers a behind-the-scenes look at COSI’s recent chiller upgrades and the operational considerations involved in maintaining a complex, high-traffic science center. 

COSI’s hands-on exhibits, live programming, and events create a continually changing building environment. During the tour, COSI facilities staff will discuss how they manage HVAC and mechanical infrastructure in the face of limited mechanical space, evolving exhibit needs, variable occupancy, and the need to maintain a comfortable, reliable experience for guests and staff.
